Use this service if you have been told to self-isolate because of coronavirus and you need a note for your employer. If you are not sure if you need to self-isolate, get the latest NHS advice on coronavirus.
The demand for repeat prescriptions has increased by about 50% since the government announced the strict self-isolation guidance. This is putting immense pressure on our dispensary and pharmacy.
Please don’t order your repeats early or stock-pile medication. Request them (through AskMyGP, SystmOnline, or by phone) no more than 10 days before you are due to run out. Please also note that we can only issue 1 month’s worth of medication, under guidance from Department of Health, Cambridgeshire CCG and GMC.
Due to recent events and to increase safety for patients and staff, we are no longer be able to accept any prescription requests on paper. We kindly ask that you contact us via systmonline, through askmygp or via phone to request your medication. Please also be aware that as we have extended our turnaround time to 5 working days in order to help with the current demand on services. Therefore please request your supply a few days earlier than normal. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

New Physio Direct Service
Anyone aged over 18 can now access the Physio Advice Line.
This service, provided by DynamicHealth (part of Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust) offers direct and easy access to an experienced physiotherapist regarding problems relating to bones, joints and soft tissue. The service can be contacted on 0300 555 0210 (local call charges apply) between 8.15am and 5pm Monday to Friday. We do experience high call volumes on this line, so please call again if the line is engaged or you are in a call queue.
If you would benefit from our service but are unable to call us (e.g. hearing impairments or don't speak English) or you are aged 16 or 17 years, you can complete a self-referral form available at www.eoemskservice.nhs.uk/physiotherapy-self-referral
The medical centre will be closed for training on the afternoons of 16th March, 15th June, 14th September and 23rd November 2020. If you need urgent medical attention on these afternoons, please call 111.
All patients with asthma are encouraged to attend for an annual review. Please contact reception to make an appointment with a respiratory nurse.
